EUROPEAN 2026 PARLAMENTARIAN GOLFERS TOURNAMANT
The idea for the EPGT came from the President of the Swiss National Council, Paul Schmidthalter, and the financial policy spokesman for the CDU/CSU parliamentary group, Hansgeorg Hauser. The first EPGT took place in Crans-Montana in 1995. After a few more events at this location, a rotation principle was decided upon, whereby a different parliament takes on the role of host each year. The tournament will take place for the 30th time in 2026.
The Bundestag Golf Group is delighted to be able to organize this opportunity to maintain contact with parliamentarians from other European parliaments.
From July 12th to 16th, 2026, numerous golfers from 10-12 European parliaments and the EU are expected in Bad Saarow. Parliamentarians' employees and guests complete the group.
